Short version: Vineyard Architect does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Your game saves stay on your device.
None. The app has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers, and we do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
Saved games are stored locally on your device. They never leave it and never reach us — we cannot read, recover, or delete them. If you have device backups enabled, your saves may be included in your own Apple backup, which is handled entirely by Apple under its Privacy Policy.
Vineyard Architect offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see or handle your payment details. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status, which receives an anonymous identifier and the purchase receipt from Apple in order to tell the app whether a subscription is active. It does not receive personal information from us.
The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any. The only third parties involved are Apple (payments and backups) and RevenueCat (subscription verification).
