Build your club. Climb the pyramid.

Short version: FC Architect does not collect your personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking across other apps or websites. The app does send anonymous usage statistics, such as how far players get in the game, and nothing in them can identify you. Your saved games stay on your own device.
No personal information. The app has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers, and the app does not track you across other apps or websites. There is no advertising SDK in FC Architect and no IDFA, so you will never see a tracking permission prompt.
To understand how far players get before they stop, which is the only way to tell whether the game is too hard, too slow, or asking to be paid for too early, the app sends a small number of anonymous events using TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. These are counters and fixed categories only:
TelemetryDeck's software also adds standard technical details to each event: the app version, the iOS version, the device model and screen size, your language, region and time zone settings, light or dark mode, accessibility settings such as text size, and the day and hour of the event. It also counts app sessions, how long they last, and on how many days the app is used.
What is never sent: the club name and stadium name you type, your crest and kits, your players’ names and nationalities, your squad, your finances, your saved games, or anything else you create in the game. All of that stays on your device.
TelemetryDeck is designed to be anonymous: it does not receive a name, an email address, or an advertising identifier, and it replaces the device's identifier with a one-way hash that cannot be traced back to you and is not shared with anyone. On the App Store these statistics are declared as Usage Data (product interaction, and advertising data for the Apple Ads campaign, if any), not linked to your identity and not used for tracking.
Saved games are stored locally on your device, inside the app's own storage. They are never sent to us. There is no server and no account behind the game, so we cannot read, recover, or delete your saves. Deleting the app deletes them. If you back up your device, your saves are included in that backup, which is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you are signed into Game Center, the achievements you earn and your leaderboard scores (the fewest seasons to reach the top flight, and your points in your debut season) are sent to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center profile, where your friends may see them. This is handled by Apple and covered by Apple's Privacy Policy; we only see the same leaderboards anyone can see.
If you choose to get return reminders, they are scheduled as notifications on your device. Their text, which can include your club's name, is created on your device and never sent to us. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings. The rating prompt is Apple's own; we never see your rating except as a public App Store review. The ideas card opens your email app, and we receive only what you choose to send.
FC Architect offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited seasons. There is no subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see or handle your payment details. We use RevenueCat to verify the purchase, which receives an anonymous identifier and the Apple purchase receipt in order to tell the app whether the game is unlocked. It does not receive personal information from us. On the App Store this is declared as Purchase History and Identifiers, used only for app functionality and not linked to your identity.
The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any. Three third parties are involved: Apple, which processes all payments, provides Game Center, and handles any device backup you choose to make; RevenueCat, which verifies the purchase; and TelemetryDeck, which receives the anonymous usage events described above.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
