The whole core game. The free preview caps the size of your airline at 6 aircraft and 5 open routes, enough to build your first hub. A one-time purchase (Unlock Full Game) removes both caps for good. There's no subscription and there are no ads.
Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you're signed in with the same one you bought the unlock with.
Yes. Saved games sync automatically through iCloud, using whichever Apple Account is signed in on each device. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled on both, and save your game before switching devices.
Your subscription keeps the full game unlocked for as long as it stays active. The game now sells a one-time unlock instead of subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you cancel, the full game stays unlocked until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Saves live on your device and in iCloud, and the game keeps up to three slots. If a slot is empty on one device, check the other — and confirm both are signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on. We can't recover a deleted save remotely, since we never receive your game data.
Usually crew. Crews follow real duty and rest limits, so a single crew can't fly indefinitely — check the Crews tab and hire more. It can also be maintenance: a breakdown appears in Alerts and needs a decision from you, and a scheduled C or D check takes the aircraft into the hangar for a while (see Fleet › Maintenance).
